Were you able to stop by the Japanese Food and Cultural Bazaar this weekend at the Sacramento Buddhist Church? Mr.S. and I went (it's a tradition with us and he likes to get his BBQ chicken on). This year we took Kidlet #1 with us for the first time. Although it was a bit warm under the giant tent, we all left with big smiles and happy bellies.
Live music
Somen with shiitake, green onion & beni shōga
Ribs, slaw and onigiris
The infamous BB teriyaki chicken
The church offers Japanese language classes for both children and adults.
